All 513 domestic heavy-duty trucks in this shipment come from Sinotruk Group. The 40,500 tons of cement clinker shipped alongside the vehicles formed a combined “bulk cargo + finished vehicles” loading model. This highly efficient operation set a new record for single-ship engineering vehicle exports since the establishment of Taizhou Port.

Jingjiang Yingli Port Co., Ltd., which undertook this export mission, has been based in Jingjiang since 2008. It has built an integrated “front-port, back-plant” industrial chain in the timber sector and has been recognized for many consecutive years as one of “China’s Top Ten Timber Import Ports,” with an annual throughput of over 25 million tons. In recent years, the company has leveraged its strengths as a general cargo terminal to continuously expand high-value-added import and export businesses, including engineering vehicles and steel structures, moving beyond traditional bulk commodities.
Location Advantage and Efficient Services
Jingjiang boasts 52.3 kilometers of Yangtze River shoreline, with the entire stretch approved as a national Class I open port and featuring 68 berths of 10,000-ton class or above. With a 12.5-meter deep-water channel, the port enables regular berthing of 100,000-ton-class vessels. Currently, Jingjiang Port has opened over 400 international liner routes, covering Africa, Europe, and Oceania. The port’s long-term commitment to the African market, combined with the successful export of passenger buses in February this year, were key factors in Sinotruk’s decision to choose Jingjiang Port.
To ensure the success of this export, Jingjiang Customs, transportation authorities, and other relevant departments established a dedicated green channel for complete vehicle exports. Meanwhile, maritime and waterway management authorities implemented a customized “one-vessel-one-policy” support service, achieving a highly efficient process of “factory-to-ship upon arrival at port.”
